Terms of use
1. The tool
Logo Morph ("the tool") is a browser-based application provided by mccann.studio ("we", "us") that turns two vector logo files into an animation. You can use the free version at no charge. A paid Pro licence removes the watermark from exported videos.
2. Your files and videos
You keep all rights to the logos you load into the tool and to the videos you export. The tool runs on your device and does not upload your files. You are responsible for having the right to use any logo you load, including client and third-party marks.
3. Free version
Videos exported with the free version carry a small "Made with Logo Morph" mark. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes as long as the mark is not removed or obscured.
4. Pro licence
- A Pro licence lets you export videos without the watermark and use them in personal, client and commercial work, including portfolios, case studies, presentations and social media.
- A licence is for one person (or one seat in a team). You may activate it on your own computers. Please don't share your key publicly or with people outside your licence.
- Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, under their terms. Refund requests: contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, used fraudulently, or refunded.
5. What you may not do
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the tool itself, remove the watermark from free exports, or attempt to bypass the licence check.
6. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or suit every file. Always check your exported videos before publishing them.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update the tool and these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@mccann.studio.
